Kitsune ni Joms by Lacare

Format: Commander

Commander: Rune-Tail, Kitsune Ascendant // Rune-Tail's Essence

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Rune-Tail, Kitsune Ascendant is designed to immediately flip into Rune-Tail's Essence, a legendary enchantment that prevents all damage dealt to your creatures. The deck leverages this impenetrable frontline to stall opposing attacks while building an overwhelming life total through dedicated soul sisters and lifegain engines. Primary win conditions include the infinite damage combo of Heliod, Sun-Crowned and Walking Ballista, lethal life bursts from Aetherflux Reservoir, and alternate upkeep victories via Felidar Sovereign and Test of Endurance. Secondary paths overwhelm opponents through resilient token armies produced by Crested Sunmare and Resplendent Angel behind a layered damage redirection pillowfort.
