Zevlor, Elturel Exile by Dr-Killem

Format: Commander

Commander: Zevlor, Elturel Exile

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Zevlor, Elturel Exile is the deck's force multiplier: activating him turns any single-target theft, bounce, or life-loss spell into one that hits every opponent. The primary plan is temporary theft - steal hasty creatures from each opponent, attack, then sacrifice or convert them into value. A secondary magecraft package (Ashling, Veyran, Professor Onyx, Sedgemoor Witch) grinds out tokens, cards, treasures, and life loss with every copied spell. The hidden commander in the 99 is Ashling, Flame Dancer, the main alternate payoff if Zevlor is kept off the board. Without a dedicated finish, the deck wins through repeated mass theft, Rush of Dread life-halving, and incremental magecraft damage.
