Budget Riku by Buddadragon

Format: Commander

Commander: Riku of Two Reflections

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a Temur "Spells and Creatures" value engine helmed by Riku of Two Reflections. The primary strategy focuses on leveraging Riku s dual abilities to copy high-impact creatures and powerful spells, creating overwhelming board states or massive card advantage. The deck utilizes a "Clone" sub-theme, using cards like Rite of Replication and Quasiduplicate to multiply utility creatures or threats. The primary win condition is the Biovisionary combo, which Riku can facilitate by copying the creature or the clone spells targeting it. Secondary win conditions include a massive Avenger of Zendikar board state or a kicked Rite of Replication on a high-value target. The deck plays as a mid-range toolbox, using Riku to double the efficiency of ramp, removal, and card draw until it can assemble a game-winning stack of copies or a critical mass of tokens.
