Commander: Kuja, Genome Sorcerer // Trance Kuja, Fate Defied

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kuja, Genome Sorcerer // Trance Kuja, Fate Defied is a spellslinger-burn hybrid. The front face builds a Wizard board by making 0/1 black tokens that ping opponents for each noncreature spell; once four Wizards are present it flips into Trance Kuja, doubling every Wizard's damage. The primary line is to transform Kuja by turns 4-5, then chain cheap instants and sorceries while Dictate of the Twin Gods, Hawkeye, and Black Waltz No. 3 amplify each ping. Secondary options include a Grapeshot burst and combat from Olivia, Loki, or The Walls of Ba Sing Se, but the burn chain is the actual kill. No hidden commander; the other legends are support pieces.
