Deck overview

This is a Grixis discard-and-reanimation value deck helmed by Norman Osborn // Green Goblin. The front face is an evasive early connive engine that filters and grows; the back face is the real payoff, granting every nonland card in the graveyard mayhem while discounting spells cast from the yard by {2}. The 99 is packed with loot effects, discard payoffs (Bone Miser, Surly Badgersaur, Monument to Endurance, Cryptcaller Chariot), and graveyard casters (Chainer, Nightmare Adept, Emet-Selch of the Third Seat, River Kelpie). Wins come from grinding opponents down with token swarms, drain triggers, and hasty fliers once Anger and Wonder are parked in the yard, rather than from infinite combos. The deck plays as a midrange engine that wants to transform Norman, empty its hand repeatedly, and recast the discarded pile at a steep discount.
