Commander: Knuckles the Echidna

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This mono-red treasure-ramp deck is helmed by Knuckles the Echidna, a haste-enabled commander that generates Treasure tokens on combat damage. The primary game plan is to accelerate into a critical mass of artifacts through combat, then pivot into either an infinite combat loop using Aggravated Assault and Goldspan Dragon, or an alternate artifact-based win condition such as Hellkite Tyrant or Knuckles's own 30-artifact upkeep trigger. The deck leans heavily on Treasure synergies (Xorn, Professional Face-Breaker, The Reaver Cleaver) to fuel explosive turns, while Blood Moon and Underworld Breach supply disruptive angles. The commander's double strike and trample make each attack a significant mana event, and the deck is capable of assembling its infinite combo as early as turn 4.
