Deck overview

This Temur spellslinger deck leverages Iroh, Grand Lotus to transform the graveyard into a second hand, turning cheap Lesson cards into efficient {1}-mana flashback cantrips. The deck accelerates through the early turns with green land ramp and cost reducers like Catalyst Stone, Gran-Gran, and Stormcatch Mentor. Once Iroh is deployed alongside magecraft engines like Storm-Kiln Artist or Archmage Emeritus, it executes an explosive storm turn. By chaining cheap Lessons from the graveyard, the deck generates immense mana and card velocity to trigger game-ending payoffs. Win conditions include spawning an army of exponentially multiplying hasty tokens with Stormsplitter, burning down opponents with Caldera Pyremaw and Gandalf, Goblins' Bane, or resolving a massive Mind's Desire backed by Thousand-Year Storm. The deck balances aggressive storm lines with reusable utility Lessons for removal, card draw, and hexproof protection.
