Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is an Izzet spells-matter deck built around Ovika, Enigma Goliath, who converts every noncreature spell into a burst of hasty 1/1 Phyrexian Goblin tokens. The plan is to ramp to six mana, resolve Ovika, then chain instants and sorceries - each one adding goblins that fuel Skirk Prospector, Battle Hymn, and Brightstone Ritual for even more mana, while Impact Tremors, Witty Roastmaster, and Weftstalker Ardent chip every opponent. The deck finishes through massive X-spells like Crackle with Power and Electrodominance, amplified by City on Fire and Sorcerer Class's level 3, or by overwhelming combat with Veyran, Voice of Duality doubling the token trigger. Magnus the Red and Stormcatch Mentor accelerate the chain, while Kindred Discovery and Skullclamp keep the hand full.
