Deck overview

This deck is a Temur Eldrazi Stompy strategy piloted by Animar, Soul of Elements. The primary game plan revolves around accelerating Animar onto the battlefield on Turn 2 or 3, then chaining low-cost colorless creatures and Eldrazi Spawn generators to rapidly stack +1/+1 counters. Because high-end Eldrazi titans possess predominantly generic mana costs, Animar's discount ability allows players to deploy game-ending threats like Kozilek, Butcher of Truth, Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger, and Apex Devastator for little to no mana starting on Turn 5.
