Deck overview

This is a Jeskai artifact-proliferate deck helmed by Kilo, Apogee Mind. The plan floods the board with charge-counter and +1/+1-counter artifacts, then multiplies those counters through Kilo's tap-proliferate trigger (enabled immediately by haste) plus a dense suite of proliferate payoffs. Primary wins are Darksteel Reactor (20 counters), chained extra turns via Magistrate's Scepter, and infinite mana/proliferate from Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal that dumps into the Reactor or a lethal animated-artifact alpha strike with Cyberdrive Awakener. Secondary routes include Lux Artillery's end-step burn once thirty counters are present and fair combat backed by lords such as Steel Overseer and Iron Spider, Stark Upgrade. Kilo is an efficient accelerator but not a required combo piece; the 99 already contains ample independent proliferate and artifact engines.
