Deck overview

This deck is a mono-white Soldier tribal and go-wide token strategy commanded by Myrel, Shield of Argive. The game plan focuses on curving out efficient Soldier creatures before casting Myrel on turn 4. Once operational, Myrel doubles your Soldier count each combat while completely shutting down opposing spells and abilities during your turn. Support cards like Goldnight Commander, Banner of Kinship, and Odric, Master Tactician convert token swarms into overwhelming combat damage. Stax pieces including Blind Obedience, Thalia, Heretic Cathar, and Ghostly Prison slow down opposing combat and combo attempts. While the deck relies on natural draws and remains vulnerable to exile sweepers on opponents' turns, its combination of turn-phase silence, indestructible protection, and exponential token scaling creates a resilient clock that closes games efficiently.
