Villians by Hellzpyro

Format: Commander

Commander: Madame Hydra

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Madame Hydra leads a Rakdos Villain-tribal token deck. Every Villain spell after her creates a 2/1 menace token; those tokens are enlarged by Banner of Kinship, Chronicle of Victory, and The Masters of Evil. The secondary line is Plan enchantments: they drain life, make more tokens, and can exile and cast opponent spells. Direct damage from Impact Tremors and Crossbones punishes creature-heavy boards. There is no true hidden commander; Baron Strucker and Tombstone are support engines that smooth the Villain curve. The commander is the token factory and tempo anchor; if she is removed, the deck slows but still has cost reducers and Plan payoffs.
