Deck overview

This Azorius control deck uses tap and stun mechanics to lock down opposing threats while generating massive card advantage. Your commander, Sensational Spider-Man, converts stun counters placed across the battlefield into steady draw power on each attack. The deck controls combat using pillowfort enchantments and repeatable freeze effects, giving you time to assemble resilient engines. As you draw cards and tap enemy permanents, you amass large board presences through token generators like Ominous Seas and Hylda of the Icy Crown. You close out games using alternate win conditions such as Approach of the Second Sun and Triskaidekaphile, or via unblockable token swarms.
