Deck overview

This Temur Dinosaur deck, helmed by the partner pair Owen Grady, Raptor Trainer and Blue, Loyal Raptor, is a synergistic Midrange-Aggro strategy that leverages keyword counters and "Enrage" triggers. The primary game plan involves Owen Grady seeding Blue with diverse counters (Haste, Trample, Menace), which Blue then propagates to every subsequent Dinosaur entering the battlefield. This creates an exponential board state where massive threats like Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant or Etali, Primal Conqueror enter with immediate impact. The deck utilizes a "ping" subtheme with Marauding Raptor, Forerunner of the Empire, and Caltrops to trigger Enrage abilities on Polyraptor and Ripjaw Raptor, generating infinite tokens or massive card draw. Win conditions are primarily combat-based, accelerated by Warstorm Surge for direct damage and Spectacular Showdown for lethal double-strike swings, supported by high-tier mana acceleration like Gaea's Cradle.
