(PreCon) Token Triumph by user9969024

Format: Commander

Commander: Lathiel, the Bounteous Dawn

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Selesnya token-lifegain deck helmed by Lathiel, the Bounteous Dawn. The plan is to build a wide board of tokens and lifelink bodies, convert incidental life gain into a distributed pile of +1/+1 counters at each end step, then finish with mass pump effects like Overrun, Thunderfoot Baloth, or Collective Blessing. The deck is a fair, budget-minded, lower-power list: it has no infinite combos, no real tutor suite, and no alternate non-combat win condition. The most realistic "interesting" angle is the counter-spreading engine itself, particularly pairing Champion of Lambholt with a tall board so the token swarm becomes effectively unblockable. Emmara, Soul of the Accord, Felidar Retreat, and Trostani Discordant act as the closest thing to hidden commanders, anchoring the token engine the deck actually needs to function.
