Magus of the X by user7877805

Format: Commander

Commander: Magus Lucea Kane

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Magus Lucea Kane is a Temur X-spell commander who copies spells with {X} in their cost and provides {C}{C} mana. This deck exploits her by casting oversized Hydras, X-damage spells, and card-draw spells, duplicating them for double value. The primary plan is to ramp early, drop Magus, then chain copied X-spells into a massive board of counter-heavy creatures. Alternate wins come from copying Jaya's Immolating Inferno to dome all opponents, or from Finale of Revelation for a huge refill. The deck lacks infinite combos but overwhelms with repeated copied hydras and support pieces that double counters or mana.
