Commander: The Notary Hobbits

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered Green-Eldrazi ramp strategy helmed by The Notary Hobbits. The game plan focuses on deploying the commander to create three Halfling bodies that immediately scale colorless mana production exponentially ({T}: add {C} for each Halfling you control, tapping for 9 colorless mana across the three bodies). This explosive burst of colorless mana rapidly deploys titanic threats like Apex Devastator, Blightsteel Colossus, Emrakul, the Promised End, Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger, and Kozilek, the Great Distortion turns ahead of curve. Card draw and cascade engines such as Zhulodok, Void Gorger, Echoes of Eternity, and The Ten Rings maintain momentum, while changeling synergies like Maskwood Nexus and Springleaf Parade supercharge the Halfling count. The deck closes games through overwhelming annihilator triggers, extra cast triggers, Mega Flare from Summon: Bahamut, or team-wide trample overruns with Craterhoof Behemoth and Decimator of the Provinces.
