Deck overview

This deck is a five-color Dragon tribal deck commanded by Tiamat. The game plan revolves around spending the early turns developing mana fixing and acceleration through rocks, dorks, and cost-reducers. On Turn 5, the deck casts Tiamat to search up five high-impact Dragons that fit the table's needs. From Turn 6 onward, it deploys powerhouse threats such as Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm, Atarka, World Render, Old Gnawbone, and Utvara Hellkite. Haste enablers like Dragon Tempest and Temur Ascendancy allow these giant flying creatures to strike immediately, overwhelming opponents in combat over two to three attack steps. While the deck boasts immense late-game power, card volume, and graveyard recursion via Patriarch's Bidding, its reliance on high-cost permanents and tap-lands makes it vulnerable to early aggression, fast combo decks, and well-timed sweepers.
