Commander: Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter

Deck overview

Orzhov aristocrats-combo deck built around cheap graveyard tutoring and reanimation, with Vish Kal as a utility sac outlet and removal engine rather than the central win condition. The primary plan is to put Su-Chi into the graveyard, reanimate it, and combine it with Ashnod's Altar and Nim Deathmantle to generate infinite colorless mana. Blasting Station or Altar of Dementia converts that engine into infinite damage or mill. Secondary paths use Kaya's Ghostform/Reassembling Skeleton with Pitiless Plunderer, or Mikaeus with Vish Kal, to grind or out-value opponents. The deck is low to the ground, resilient to wraths, and has no real hidden commander; the strategy functions without casting Vish Kal.
