Commander: The Twelfth Doctor and Clara Oswald

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is an Izzet "cast from anywhere" value deck built around The Twelfth Doctor and Clara Oswald. The pair turns suspended, foretold, flashbacked, and exiled spells into copy engines: Clara doubles Doctor triggers, so The Twelfth Doctor grows with +1/+1 counters while every non-hand cast can be demonstrated. The primary path to victory is chaining extra turns - Time Warp, Temporal Manipulation, Alrund's Epiphany, and Walk the Aeons - and beating down with a large Doctor, Etali, Primal Storm, and Bird tokens. Value engines like Arcane Bombardment, Eye of the Storm, and Mizzix's Mastery convert the graveyard/exile into a spell-slinging arsenal. The deck is mid-paced and engine-driven rather than a fast combo deck, and it leans heavily on drawing into its payoffs.
