Deck overview

Silverquill, the Disputant leads a fast and resilient Orzhov spellslinger tokens deck that converts cheap creature bodies into duplicated spell value. The primary strategy revolves around establishing early, expendable 1-power token generators like Bitterblossom, Jadar, and Charismatic Conqueror before deploying the commander on Turn 4. With Silverquill on the battlefield, every instant and sorcery gains casualty 1, allowing the deck to sacrifice disposable tokens to duplicate card draw, targeted removal, and mass token creation spells. This rapidly spirals board presence and card velocity while refilling the hand through engines like Skullclamp, Plumb the Forbidden, and Village Rites. Decisive overruns from Moonshaker Cavalry, Porcelain Gallery, and Kinbinding convert wide boards into lethal flying damage by Turn 6-7. Supporting protection spells like Clever Concealment, Dawn's Truce, and Grand Abolisher defend against opposing sweepers. The deck remains potent even without the commander, thanks to standalone token doublers and resilient aristocrat payoffs.
