Deck overview

This mono-red forced combat deck uses Kratos, God of War to turn combat into a deadly dilemma for opponents. Kratos grants all creatures haste while punishing players at their end step for every creature that did not attack. The strategy accelerates this clock by goading opposing boards with cards like Disrupt Decorum, Agitator Ant, and Vengeful Ancestor, forcing enemy armies to turn sideways into each other rather than at you. Meanwhile, defensive artifacts like Crawlspace keep incoming swings manageable. Once damage doublers like Dictate of the Twin Gods, Fiendish Duo, or Fiery Emancipation land, the combined attrition from forced attacks and Kratos's end-step damage rapidly reduces life totals. Independent threats such as Alexios, Deimos of Kosmos and Slicer, Hired Muscle ensure constant offensive pressure even if Kratos is temporarily removed. The deck plays aggressively, closing out games by Turn 7 through pure combat attrition.
