Deck overview

This is an Orzhov tokens-and-spellslinger deck helmed by Silverquill, the Disputant. The primary game plan is to generate a wide board of token creatures, then leverage the commander's casualty ability to copy instant and sorcery spells for explosive value. The deck can win through massive X-spells like Exsanguinate or Torment of Hailfire copied for double the damage, or by overwhelming opponents with a swarm of evasive tokens boosted by Moonshaker Cavalry. A secondary aristocrats drain theme runs through Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, and Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim, turning every death into life loss. The commander accelerates the plan by turning each token into a copy engine, but the deck can function without it through its redundant token generation and drain effects.
