Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai artifact midrange and aggro list commanded by Kilo, Apogee Mind. The core strategy focuses on landing early infect creatures such as Ichorclaw Myr and Plague Myr, or deploying high-impact vehicles like Brotherhood Vertibird and Knight Paladin. Because Kilo has haste and proliferates whenever it becomes tapped, it functions as both an aggressive attacker and a safe crewing engine, triggering proliferate immediately without needing to swing into unfavorable combat blocks. Once opponents receive their initial poison counters, Kilo steadily escalates the poison clock while the deck develops heavy artifact beaters and cost reducers to overwhelm blockers. Defensive equipment like Lightning Greaves and Commander's Plate safeguard key threats, while late-game bombs like Reaver Titan and Wake the Past provide sustained reach and resilience. While the list lacks tutors and fast combo finishes, its cohesive synergy and aggressive pressure establish a steady, inexorable clock across casual Commander tables.
