Deck overview

This deck is a proactive Simic combat strategy focused on turning lands into resilient, buffed attackers. Helmed by Jyoti, Moag Ancient, the deck ramps aggressively in the opening turns with mana elves, land-search spells, and exploration effects. Once Jyoti enters the battlefield, it creates Forest Dryad tokens and provides a static combat pump scaled to its power. The deck transitions into a lethal clock on Turn 5 using mass animation spells like Sylvan Awakening and Awaken the Woods, or earthbend payoffs like Bumi, Eclectic Earthbender and Toph, Earthbending Master. Although turning lands into creatures exposes the mana base to creature sweepers, earthbend mechanics return defeated lands to the battlefield tapped, granting natural resilience. Backed by blue cantrips, card draw from Tatyova, Benthic Druid and Jolrael, Voice of Zhalfir, and targeted countermagic, the deck pressures life totals across 2 response cycles to close games by Turn 7.
