Deck overview

This deck is a Dimir Control and Graveyard Voltron strategy led by Ultimecia, Time Sorceress. It controls the early game with efficient counterspells and removal while filling the graveyard through cantrips, surveil triggers, and loot effects. Once sufficient mana and graveyard resources are assembled, the deck deploys and transforms Ultimecia into Ultimecia, Omnipotent, triggering Time Compression to take an extra turn. From there, the deck uses a 7/7 menace commander alongside evasive equipment, Drake tokens from Talrand, Sky Summoner, and life drain to eliminate opponents over successive combat steps. The deck features strong interaction, redundant card selection, and reliable protection via equipment and counterspells. Its primary constraints are the 8-mana transformation cost and the multi-turn combat clock needed to defeat three opponents without an infinite combo.
