Seizan up this DECK! by tcbcanon

Format: Commander

Commander: Seizan, Perverter of Truth

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a methodical mono-black attrition deck helmed by Seizan, Perverter of Truth, leaning hard into the "everyone draws" paradigm. The core strategy revolves around deploying Seizan early to accelerate the table's card flow, then converting each opponent's extra draw into life loss through a robust rack of punishment permanents - Underworld Dreams, Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, Fate Unraveler, and Psychosis Crawler among them. Forced discard from Bottomless Pit and Oppression supplements the pain, while Cabal Coffers + Crypt Ghast provide the mana density needed for a late-game Torment of Hailfire to close out all three opponents at once. The deck is a pure value-control build: it neither combos quickly nor wins through combat pressure, instead grinding the table down over many turn cycles with incremental drain triggers that compound as the forced-draw effects multiply.
