Deck overview

Toggo and Sakashima form an Izzet artifact-token deck built around Toggo's landfall. The primary plan is to deploy Toggo early, then use Sakashima as a copy of Toggo to double every landfall trigger. Copy effects such as Stridehangar Automaton, Quantum Misalignment, Sakashima's Will, and Endless Evil multiply the number of Toggo tokens and the Rock tokens they create. The Rocks are then converted into wins through Mechanized Production, Hellkite Tyrant's 20-artifact trigger, or a direct damage finish with City on Fire. The deck is a mid-speed engine with a tutor package and artifact protection, but it is heavily artifact-dependent and vulnerable to mass artifact removal.
