Commander: Doctor Doom, King of Latveria

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Doctor Doom leads a Grixis Villain and discard deck that wins by grinding incremental damage and growing a wide Villain board. The primary engine uses Doctor Doom's land-discard drain and his combat connive trigger, multiplied by payoffs like Cool but Rude, Monument to Endurance, Archfiend of Ifnir, and Iron Monger. Secondary paths use Villain tribal synergies - Madame Hydra, Loki, Roaming Throne, and Sagas that make tokens - to build menace attackers that grow through connive. Mayhem creatures and graveyard recursion provide hidden value. The deck has no infinite combo; it closes by combining drain triggers with combat over several turns, with Norman Osborn's back side as a secondary graveyard engine.
