This is a five-color changeling tribal value deck helmed by The Ur-Dragon. Nearly every creature is a Shapeshifter with changeling (or becomes every type via Maskwood Nexus), so the list freely enables "type matters" payoffs for Dragons, Slivers, Outlaws, Scarecrows, Humans, Allies, and more at once. Eminence discounts every changeling creature spell by {1} from the command zone, letting the deck flood the board early, then convert that board into card advantage and cheated permanents once Dragons attack. Primary wins are wide combat (often pumped by Mirror Entity, Chronicle of Victory, or Sliver lords), the alternate-win enchantment Call the Spirit Dragons, and opportunistic The Ur-Dragon commander damage. Secondary angles include Reaper King attrition, Peer Pressure theft, and Magda, Brazen Outlaw tutoring Dragons or artifacts. The deck plays as a midrange tribal engine that grinds value and closes through overwhelming board presence rather than infinite combos.
