Deck overview

Celes, Rune Knight leads a Mardu graveyard reanimator deck that wins by looping persist creatures for infinite damage. Celes draws cards on entry and puts +1/+1 counters on your board whenever creatures enter from the graveyard, which removes -1/-1 counters from persist creatures and enables infinite loops. The main line uses Celes with Murderous Redcap and sac outlets Viscera Seer and Umbral Collar Zealot; a second line uses Isilu's persist anthem with Flayer of the Hatebound to burn opponents. Without Celes the deck still grinds value through Chainer, Alesha, Karmic Guide and Sun Titan, but loses its primary counter engine and fastest win.
