Anje by SrumeNecro

Format: Commander

Commander: Anje, Maid of Dishonor

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Rakdos Vampire deck built around Anje, Maid of Dishonor as a repeatable lifedrain engine: cheap Vampires create Blood tokens, and Anje converts those tokens (or expendable creatures) into two life lost by every opponent. The primary plan is to build a wide Vampire board, use Blood for selective card draw, then finish with a burst of Anje activations. Secondary paths include Strefan cheating attackers out of hand and Sozin's Comet generating combat mana for a mass drain; Exsanguinate is a one-shot backup. Strefan functions as an honorary hidden commander because he accelerates the same strategy. The deck leans heavily on Anje; without her, Blood tokens are only rummage and the beatdown plan gets much slower.
