Deck overview

This deck is a colorless big-mana and artifact combo strategy powered by Traxos, Scourge of Kroog. While Traxos provides an aggressive early 7/7 trampling body that untaps whenever historic spells are cast, the deck's true strength lies in its explosive mana velocity and towering Eldrazi titans. By chaining cost-reducing permanents, artifact mana rocks, and doublers like Forsaken Monument, the deck accelerates rapidly past conventional mana curves. By Turn 4, it establishes an overwhelming mana base, translating on Turn 5 into catastrophic threats like Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger, Void Winnower, and Echoes of Eternity. In addition to combat dominance through Annihilator triggers, the deck features compact infinite mana loops with Basalt Monolith and outlets like Walking Ballista. While vulnerable to mass artifact sweepers and possessing limited early instant-speed interaction, its uncounterable on-cast triggers and asymmetric locks make it an oppressive late-game juggernaut.
