Kefka by Frooushtie

Format: Commander

Commander: Kefka, Court Mage // Kefka, Ruler of Ruin

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kefka, Court Mage leads a Grixis spellslinger and group discard control strategy. The deck disrupts opponent hands while generating massive card advantage through Kefka discard triggers, flicker spells, and clone effects. As opponents struggle with depleted resources, the deck establishes incremental burn engines using Wizards like Coruscation Mage, Kuja, Genome Sorcerer, and Black Waltz No. 3. The primary win condition chains cheap noncreature spells alongside pingers, turbocharged by attaching Curiosity or Ophidian Eye to draw through the library. Explosive turns powered by Mana Geyser, reanimated threats, or a transformed Kefka, Ruler of Ruin reliably finish off the table.
