Nekusar Wheel by user6056173

Format: Commander

Commander: Nekusar, the Mindrazer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Nekusar wheel-burn deck. The primary plan is to cast Nekusar, add draw-punishing permanents such as Underworld Dreams and Spiteful Visions, then cast seven-card wheels to damage every opponent. The secondary path uses discard payoffs like Megrim and Waste Not, while The Locust God and Psychosis Crawler provide alternate beatdown and drain routes. Kess in the 99 can recast a wheel or removal spell from the graveyard. There is no double-faced commander; the deck is built entirely around the Nekusar face, with Kess as a hidden value engine and The Locust God as a secondary commander-grade threat.
