Commander: Ghoulcaller Gisa

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a high-synergy mono-black Zombie tribal deck built around Ghoulcaller Gisa as a mass-token engine. The primary plan is to resolve Gisa, sacrifice a high-power creature (often Mikaeus, the Unhallowed or Scourge of Nel Toth), and convert its power into an army of 2/2 Zombie tokens. Those tokens are then multiplied by tribal lords (Lord of the Undead, Death Baron, Undead Warchief) and leveraged for card advantage through death-trigger draw engines (Dark Prophecy, Midnight Reaper, Undead Augur) or for mana via Pitiless Plunderer and Phyrexian Altar. The deck finishes with combat from an overwhelming board, life-drain from Gray Merchant of Asphodel and Shepherd of Rot, or the incremental loss from Grave Pact edict effects. It contains no infinite combos but has strong recursive capability through reanimation spells and engine creatures.
