Deck overview

This Izzet deck leverages Yusri, Fortune's Flame as a high-velocity card draw engine in the command zone. By declaring Yusri as an attacker and flipping five coins each turn cycle, the deck draws an average of 2.5 cards per combat step, quickly pulling ahead in card advantage while leveraging synergies like Tavern Scoundrel and Storm-Kiln Artist to generate burst Treasure mana. The primary win condition is a compact infinite combo: casting Twinflame targeting any creature and copying it repeatedly with Dualcaster Mage to create infinite 2/2 hasty tokens that eliminate all three opponents in a single combat step on Turn 6. Backed by a dense package of 16 interactive spells and countermagic, the deck easily defends its setup while disrupting opposing game plans. Its main limitations stem from self-inflicted damage on coin-flip losses and vulnerability to rule-of-law stax pieces.
