Deck overview

This deck is a classic Dimir Zombie Tribal and Aristocrats Reanimator strategy commanded by Gisa and Geralf. It focuses on stocking the graveyard with self-mill enablers such as Stitcher's Supplier, Mire Triton, and Buried Alive, using the commander's once-per-turn cast ability to generate persistent card and board advantage. In the mid game, value engines like Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver, Undead Augur, and Midnight Reaper convert dying Zombie tokens into fresh cards while recurring sacrifice edicts keep opposing creature boards manageable. The endgame culminates on Turn 6 with explosive mass reanimation through Living Death, Zombie Apocalypse, or Bolas's Citadel, returning a massive army alongside Gray Merchant of Asphodel for heavy life drain. On Turn 7, the buffed Zombie horde swings with menace and deathtouch to eliminate all remaining opponents.
