New Untitled Deck by wadebro88

Format: Commander

Commander: The Second Doctor and Donna Noble

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Jeskai deck leverages The Second Doctor's political end-step card draw and Donna Noble's damage-reflection trigger to control the table while assembling infinite-damage loops. Symmetrical draw (Howling Mine, Dictate of Kruphix, Kami of the Crescent Moon) fuels card advantage and triggers a dense suite of "second draw each turn" payoffs (Trouble in Pairs, Faerie Mastermind, Alandra, Sky Dreamer, Minn, Wily Illusionist). The primary win condition is placing Guilty Conscience or Pariah on an indestructible or damage-prevention body (Stuffy Doll, Brash Taunter, Swans of Bryn Argoll) to create an infinite damage loop. Backup plans include combat beats from Drogskol Reaver or Shabraz, the Skyshark and value from the Doctor's pillowfort effect. The deck is a slow-rolling combo/control hybrid that wins through inevitability rather than explosive speed.
