This deck is a four-color Polymorph Control strategy commanded by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The entire creature suite in the 99 is composed of game-ending bombs like Archon of Cruelty, Serra's Emissary, and Archfiend of Despair, completely excluding small utility creatures. Early turns focus on mana acceleration through signets and talismans while generating cheap creature tokens with enchantments and artifacts like Skrelv's Hive and Carrot Cake. On Turn 4, Jace enters and immediately uses his −3 ability to exile a token, guaranteeing an 8-CMC bomb onto the battlefield.
