Deck overview

Rashmi and Ragavan is a Temur artifact-value engine that converts every first spell into a Treasure and an exiled card, then uses the second spell of the turn to draw, copy, or ping through Malcolm, Devoted Duelist, and Breeches. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built around R&R's first-spell trigger. The primary path is to raise artifact count with Treasures, Clues, and equipment, unlock the free-cast condition, and turn that saturation into attrition damage with Weftstalker Ardent and Shao Jun, backed by the slow but steady attacks of Vehicles and haste creatures. A recursive package (Bilbo, Greenwarden, Professor Zei) grinds through removal. The deck has no compact combo, so it wins by out-valuing opponents for ten-plus turns before a final swing.
