New Untitled Deck by Khasean

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a dedicated Izzet spellslinger deck built around Vivi Ornitier, whose once-per-turn mana ability scales with power and rewards chaining noncreature spells. The primary game plan is to cast a critical mass of instants and sorceries, growing Vivi and fueling a storm of value from cards like Guttersnipe, Storm-Kiln Artist, and Veyran, Voice of Duality. The deck wins either by assembling a card-draw/damage loop (Niv-Mizzet, Parun + Curiosity/Ophidian Eye), by converting large amounts of mana into a one-shot burn spell (Crackle with Power, Chandra's Ignition), or by overwhelming opponents with repeated pinger damage. The commander serves as a versatile mana engine and incremental damage source, but the deck does not fully rely on her - alternative win conditions exist in the 99.
