OnlyElves (Feet tier) by user5138823

Format: Commander

Commander: High Perfect Morcant

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Golgari Elf swarm uses High Perfect Morcant to shrink opposing boards while building a wide board of Elves and +1/+1 counters. Morcant blights opponents on each Elf entry and proliferates with three tapped Elves, growing your counters and deepening -1/-1 counters. The primary win is combat after lords and Overwhelming Stampede or Lathril's drain. Secondary paths include Skemfar Shadowsage life drain, Maha plus Massacre Girl wither lock that draws cards, and Karn's Bastion/Evolution Sage proliferate loops. Morcant acts as removal and counter engine, not a combo piece. No hidden commander exists; the deck functions as pure Elf tribal with many redundant lords.
