Deck overview

This deck is a specialized Rakdos aggro and burn deck led by Ingris Stingerquill. The core strategy abuses the interaction between Ingris's attack trigger and creatures with the infect keyword. Because Ingris causes the attacking creature itself to deal 1 damage to each opponent, an attacking infect creature deals 1 poison counter to all three opponents simultaneously upon declaring an attack. This completely bypasses traditional combat blockers and accelerates poison application across the entire multiplayer table. Once opponents have initial poison counters, the deck leverages a suite of proliferate cards such as Contagion Engine, Staff of Compleation, and Vraska, Betrayal's Sting to rapidly tick poison counters up to 10. While the deck applies lethal pressure quickly, it relies heavily on keeping its commander and small creatures alive, making it vulnerable to sweepers and targeted removal.
