Spiders by MarcTheShark99

Format: Commander

Commander: Cosmic Spider-Man

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a five-color Spider tribal deck helmed by Cosmic Spider-Man, whose combat anthem grants every other Spider flying, first strike, trample, lifelink, and haste. The plan is to swarm legendary Spiders, break the legend rule with Spider-Verse, and close through evasive combat amplified by extra combat steps (Savage Beating, Relentless Assault) and myriad via Blade of Selves. The commander's haste is the linchpin: every Spider attacks the turn it arrives, so the deck can pivot from development to a lethal multi-combat swing in a single turn. Secondary value lines include Shelob, Child of Ungoliant's Food generation, copy effects (Rite of Replication, Impostor Syndrome, The Clone Saga), and Web of Life and Destiny's free creature drops. It is a fair, combat-oriented midrange deck that trades raw speed for a dense, synergistic board.
