Blue Walls by user9883659

Format: Commander

Commander: Arcades, the Strategist

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Arcades, the Strategist is the center of the deck: it turns a defensive wall shell into a card-drawing, attacking army by making each defender hit for its toughness. The early game uses cheap walls and land ramp to buy time, then the damage-replacement redundancy from High Alert, Assault Formation, Bedrock Tortoise, and Baldin, Century Herdmaster keeps the plan alive if Arcades is answered. There is no hidden commander; Baldin is simply the strongest secondary payoff. The win is normal combat: unblockable or hasted walls, protected by Floats, plus the occasional Primal Rogue or Pride of Hull G closed to refill and close the game.
