Kraken Deck by Foxhandsomee

Format: Commander

Commander: Arixmethes, Slumbering Isle

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Simic battlecruiser deck harnesses Arixmethes, Slumbering Isle as both an early two-mana ramp engine and a late-game 12/12 beatstick. The primary plan accelerates into massive sea monsters, including Koma, World-Eater, Scourge of Fleets, and Tromokratis, overwhelming opponents through sheer power and asymmetric board bounces like Slinn Voda, the Rising Deep and Cyclonic Rift. Secondary win paths utilize mill synergies with Fleet Swallower, Fraying Sanity, and The Mindskinner, or high-synergy control loops via Hullbreaker Horror and Intruder Alarm. By pairing efficient ramp, persistent card advantage engines like Garruk's Uprising and Tatyova, Benthic Druid, and towering threats, the deck consistently controls the battlefield and delivers decisive combat finishes.
