Deck overview

Y'shtola, Night's Blessed is a slow Esper control-drain deck that wins by chaining noncreature spells with mana value 3 or greater. Each trigger deals 2 to each opponent and gains 2 life, with Papalymo Totolymo and the Wizard token from Circle of Power adding extra pings to reach 3-4 damage per spell. The deck has no infinite combo and no hidden combo commander; Lyse Hext and Tataru Taru act as support engines that reduce costs and generate Treasures. The plan is to control the board with counters and wipes, draw extra cards when opponents lose 4+ life, and grind opponents out over many spell casts.
