Deck overview

This deck leverages Maular, the Next Evolution and its Rulebreaker mechanic to combine green ramp with the strongest 7+ mana value creatures across all colors. The primary strategy focuses on rapid acceleration through 1-2 CMC dorks and land search spells, reaching 4-5 mana on Turn 3. On Turn 4, the deck deploys cheat enablers like Elvish Piper and Monster Manual or hardcasts massive threats. On Turn 5, Maular, the Next Evolution or multi-threat cascades from Maelstrom Wanderer and Apex Devastator establish an overwhelming board. Maular's attack trigger doubles the power and toughness of each attacking 7+ drop, turning 10/10s into 20/20s and easily surpassing lethal thresholds. Supported by trample enablers like Garruk's Uprising and Craterhoof Behemoth, the deck reliably finishes all opponents on Turn 6.
