Deck overview

Kilo, Apogee Mind is a Jeskai artifact-counter deck whose single-faced commander doubles as a tap-based proliferate engine: with haste it attacks or taps for mana, and every tap adds counters. The primary line is to pair Kilo with Paradise Mantle and Pemmin's Aura or Freed from the Real for infinite proliferation, then finish with The Millennium Calendar or Darksteel Reactor. Secondary paths use Tekuthal with Expansion Algorithm and Prologue to Phyresis to kill via poison, or Tezzeret the Seeker and Wake the Past for artifact beats. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built entirely around Kilo's tap-proliferate trigger.
